Why have you discontinued the grey eye brow pencil. Black's too harsh and your brown is too ginger. Ash brown hair is best matched with your grey eyebrow pencil. Please re-introduce it.

I find i am often allergic to some mascaras, may i please have a sample to test? Most chemists do not allow me to try it on in the shop due to health and safety and i would be very pleased to try it out and give you some feedback.
