I LUV THIS PRODUCT! it really does stay matte without that dry feeling u get with most matte products. it actually feels moisturizing. plus it has good coverage.

This makeup, I have noticed, separates very easily. I don't notice a particularly "matte" effect, but it has good coverage. I find it necessary to use a primer underneath so it will go on easier.

For M who made a comment about Rimmel not offering products for dark skinned women - I think that's because the company is based in Europe and appeals to European women and women of European descent. That's understandable and perfectly acceptable. About the product - It's wonderful. And I am certainly happy they offer products in the U.S.

I just purchased this foundation and so far I love it. I have every oily skin and I have tried tons of products and my skin feels freasha nd matte. I would like it in one shade darker than sand. But beside that I love it !!!

when i first tried this product i was disappointed b/c it didn't combine well with my acne treatment. but now that i have gone back to proactiv this product is working great!!! it is pretty easy to blend and works great. didn't cause me to break out either! its sold in all targets in cali and is worth the 4 bucks to try.

I am disappoineted with rimmel being that foundations are available for white/fair woman only. It does not furnish women of color being asian (Indian), hispanic or african american, It proves a lack of diversity or sensitivity towards these consumer which may likely boost their product sales if only products such as foundations would be available. It's rimmel's loss. I hope that in the near future rimmel company diversifies and offer services/products for women of color. Shame on you rimmel!!! You can't offer products in the united states without thinking of it as the "melting pott"!

They shouldn't say it lasts 12 hours, because it never does. They should just say long lasting, then we'd know what to expect. Also, is it sweatproof or waterproof?

For ladies with darker skin try the darkest color they make and then add a powder in your regular color or maybe a shade darker and you will find the right color. I know this because I am very light skinned and my best friend (may she rest in peace) was dark skinned and she used to take my base from me all the time and then add her powder and end up with a fabulous color finish. It looked better than when she used the correct base color.. Try it it just might work for you also
