A rising star of the fashion world, Puerto Rican model Alejandra Ramos Munoz was discovered by Rimmel London when she won a modelling competition sponsored by the brand.  A gorgeous, natural, and authentic beauty, Alejandra marries her striking Latina looks with a down-to-earth charm and warm personality.  Raised in Isabela, Puerto Rico, Alejandra established herself locally by appearing in fashion shows for such designers as Luis Antonio, Stella Nolasco and Harry Robles.  With her stunning runway presence, she captivated the attention of the fashion and beauty world and has appeared on the cover Imagen, among others.  Alejandra will grace Rimmel London campaigns in the fall.

Q: How does it feel to be representing Rimmel London?

It feels really exciting and fun because so many people recognize the brand. Rimmel also has a variety of products that people can use on a daily basis.  This is a once in a lifetime opportunity that not everyone has!

 

Q: What do you love about the Rimmel brand?

Rimmel London is a brand that people can use for any occasion.  It has a variety of products such as makeup and nail polish.  With the makeup products, you can give yourself a simple and fresh look, or if you want to go out, you can give yourself a more sophisticated look.  To put it simply, you can use it at any hour of the day!

 

Q: What are your favoritebeauty products?

I always try to go out with a simple and fresh style of makeup, but something that I could never do without is a bit of bronzer; it gives me a great tone of color on my face.

 

Q: Who are your style icons and why?

My style icon is Jennifer Lopez (JLO)!  She always looks stunning, even in her exercise clothes.

 

Q: What is the one accessory you cannot live without?

My black high heel pumps; I can wear them with short jeans, dresses and skirts.

 

 

Q: What would you be doing if you were not a model?

I’m only 18 years old.  I’m going to start my freshmen year in college this fall, majoring in Public Relations.  I think I would have chosen the same thing to study because I’ve always been interested in this field of work.

 

Q: How do you stay in shape? Do you have a favoriteworkout?

I do some exercise with my father, since he has always been an athlete.  I run and go to the gym.  I am skinny but I eat a lot; I don’t have a specific diet!  I just eat everything and do some exercise!

 

Q: How would you define “The London Look?”

In London, everyone has their own personal sense of style! I think that the LONDON LOOK is a variety of looks that you can see while you walk through the streets of London.  It’s definitely the look of a woman that knows who she is and is proud to show it.
